Camping Booking Policy
We thank you for choosing to stay with us and we look forward to providing you with a fun-filled camping experience!
Before you make a reservation, here are a few things you will need to know.
Campsites may be reserved up to one calendar year in advance.
For reservations made prior to May 1 of the calendar year you are staying, a minimum seven-night booking is required (for reservations in our high season mid-June, July, August). After May 1 of the same calendar year, reservations are accepted for stays less than seven nights.
Reservations can be made online or by phone, and must be paid in full within 48 hours from date of booking, or your reservation will be cancelled.
Looking Ahead - Reservations for 2025 are open January 1, 2024. Please email, phone or stop by our office to make a reservation. Reservations for 2025 cannot be made online at this time.
A $250 deposit per week is required at the time of booking, and full payment will be due the second week in January of the upcoming year.
|Reservation Fee - a non-refundable fee applies for making a reservation in advance.
|Site Lock Fee - if you wish to reserve for a specific campsite- your booking will be locked and will not be moved to another site. No specific campsite is guaranteed otherwise.
You are welcome to make changes to your reservation up to two weeks prior to your arrival. Any change made within 14 days before your arrival date is considered a cancellation and cancellation policies apply.
If your reservation dates are shortened, the full amount of the original booking will be charged.
Reservations may be transferred to alternate dates within the same calendar year, however if changing from high to low season, original booking rates apply and will be charged. Payments may be placed in Guest Credit to be used for an alternate booking within the same calendar year.
A $25 change fee will apply to all reservation changes.
Guest Credits - If your payment was moved to Guest Credit, please take note of the expiry date of the credit on your account. Check your invoice for details. Unless otherwise noted on your invoice, guest credits expire at the end of our season each year.
Reservations may be transferred to another party. Please call our office team to arrange a name change on your reservation. A $25 administration fee will be charged to transfer a reservation.
We are a family oriented campground and do not permit groups of singles 23 years or under.
Our standard site fee includes 2 people, 1 vehicle and 1 camping unit. Additional persons can be added up to a maximum of 6 people per site with no more than 2 adults.
Check out time 12 p.m. Check in time 2 p.m.
Additional Visitor Fees
We would be sad to see you cancel, but we understand that your plans may change.
When booking, please be sure to review your reservation dates. Booking fees and all deposits are non-refundable. There is a $25 administrative fee charged on all cancellations.
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, your payment will be refunded via e-transfer, less a cancellation fee of 2-night’s stay (and administration and booking fees).
Cancellations within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival - all payment is forfeited.
Be aware that 'no show' reservations will automatically be cancelled by 11 am the day following your scheduled arrival date and all monies paid will be forfeited.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
