2010 COTTAGE DEPOSIT &
CANCELLATION POLICY
A DEPOSIT of $300 per week is required at the time of booking on each cottage rental. If not paid at the time of booking, the cottage will be held for only 2 weeks and will be automatically cancelled if no payment is received.
If a deposit is made and the reservation is cancelled before December 31st 2009 a refund of $200 will be applicable. If cancelled after December 31st 20098 there will be NO REFUND.
A SECOND DEPOSIT of $300 per week is required on the 2-bedroom cottages, trailers and the 3-bedroom cottage to be received no later than March 31st 2010. If the reservation is cancelled no less than 31 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of $200 is applicable.
A SECOND DEPOSIT of $700 per week is required on the 4-bedroom cottage to be received no later than March 31st 2010. If the reservation is cancelled no less than 31 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of $200 is applicable.
BALANCE in full is due 31 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled after that date there will be NO REFUND.
All renters will be responsible for damages to the cottage or contents and any excessive cleaning required upon departure. Payments for damage or excessive cleaning will be deducted from your credit card. Credit cards must be valid a minimum of 40 days after your stay with us. Any persons who leave the cottage in an unacceptable condition could be denied access to our park.
Linens and towels are NOT provided.

2010 CAMPING DEPOSIT POLICY
A $75/wk deposit is required for all reservations. In case of cancellation, $50 of this deposit is non-refundable per week of cancellation. The full $75/wk deposit is non-refundable if reservation or part of that reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to booking.
Please be sure to discuss our cancellation policy with us upon booking.
